Joe Dooley owns a coffee shop in the small town of Mendham,
NJ. For seven years, he’s waited for the impossible. Every morning, he
imagines his wife will walk back through the door from the grave. Kathy
Palmer, an aspiring writer is the only joy in Joe’s life. Her smile
makes him forget how much he’s hurting. She in turn, must deal with her
concerns about Matt, her lovesick teenage nephew and his feeble
attempts to talk to his dream girl. With the help of Vic Malone, a
crusty old fisherman, Matt manages to find the key to his happiness
through the verse of William Butler Yeats. And Joe must finally make
the decision to move on with the life he has left and embrace the love
he’s felt all this time for beautiful Kathy. Set against the backdrop
of small town America, three people come to realize that the eternal
wish is to “give someone the Cloths of Heaven,” but through
circumstances and the twists of fate, the best they can do is just
“give ‘em all they got.”
